Canadian Experience Class

This category of immigration is for foreign workers who have worked in Canada for at least 1 year full-time or its equivalent in part-time basis in the last 3 years. Rationale for this program is to absorb immigrants who are familiar with Canadian society and Canadian job market and those who have knowledge of English or French and have the abilities to become economically established in Canada better than the applicants that are outside of Canada.

Applicants do not need to be in Canada at the time of the application, however they are required to meet the eligibility criteria of this program. The language ability of CLB7 for the jobs in NOC 0 & A and CLB 5 for the jobs in NOC B is required.
