Quebec Skilled Worker

Quebec government is authorized under Canada Quebec accord to establish its own requirement and selection criteria for choosing the immigrants that want to live in Quebec.

Quebec intends to attract applicants who they think will become economically established in Quebec, better and easier. Applicants firstly need to fill the application in ARIMA Portal and after being selected by the provincial authorities (MIFI), they will get Quebec selection certificate, and then they can apply for PR from federal government.
